Georgia Annual Registration Order

Filed through eCorp with the Georgia Secretary of State. The state fee is $60 per year, due January 1 to April 1, and you can prepay up to 3 years. After April 1 the state adds a $25 late penalty. Our service fee is $149 (no promo codes on annual registrations). LLCs first file the year after formation; corporations file an initial registration within 90 days.
