Georgia Registered Agent Service
Every Georgia LLC and corporation must keep a registered agent at a Georgia street address where the agent can be served in person. A P.O. box or mail drop is not allowed, and an entity cannot be its own registered agent. Our commercial registered agent service is $199 per year.

Heads up: we are an independent company that prepares and submits Georgia filings for owners. We are not the Secretary of State and we do not give legal advice. Every state charge passes through at the exact amount the state bills, and anyone can file directly on eCorp for no service fee.
